Able to attend and resolve safety and security issues promptly, independently, and effectively.
Review all security measures, procedures, equipment, and methods for protective and preventive purposes as well as to maintain efficiency.
Assist service & security in preparing business planning, monthly expenditure reports, and implement cost control measures to achieve targets set for security guards.
Handle and monitor daily duty roster for all guards, including managing leave and planning personnel for off days.
Meet customers monthly regarding complaints.
Daily check on security operations deployment of guards and application in all posts.
Carry out investigations into any disciplinary matters concerning the guards.
Ensure that a high standard of discipline and deployment of all security personnel is maintained at all times.
Any other duties as per instruction from management from time to time.
Skills & Experience RequiredCandidate must possess SPM or equivalent.
At least 5 to 10 years of working experience in the security field.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Own transportation.
