With a long list of products and never-ending customer support that are able to guarantee a very high level of satisfaction for the clients.Industry: Construction/EngineeringLocation: Putra HeightsHeadcount: 1Tenure: PermanentRemuneration: RM10,000-RM13,000Responsibilities:Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.Monitor coordination among his team with client and sub-contractor.Resources management and track inventory.Meet contractual conditions of performance.Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.Analyse, manage and mitigate risks.Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.Requirements:Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in civil engineering, engineering, construction or any related fieldAt least 5 years working experience in constructionFlexible, well-organized with excellent time-management skills, strong leadershipGood tri-lingual communication skills English, Chinese and MalayExcellent interpersonal skills, able to work effectively across all levels of the organizationStrong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, drive performance, and foster a positive work environmentIf you are interested in this position, you may apply directly by clicking 'Apply' button directly or you may apply through our website
