Operation Manger

We are a vibrant, modern contemporary art studio focused on nurturing creativity in children through engaging and interactive art programs. We are looking for a dedicated and organized individual to oversee the smooth daily operations of our studio.
Key Responsibilities:



-Oversee the daily operations of all branches of art studio, ensuring a seamless experience for staff and students.


-Manage communication between studio branches, staff, and management.


-Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various aspects such as stock management and attendance systems.


-Handle scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.


-Ensure a safe and creative environment for both staff and students.


-Monitor performance and provide feedback to teachers and staff.


-Coordinate with other departments on special projects or events (e.g., workshops, exhibitions).

-1- years of experience in operations or managerial roles will be advantage.


-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.


-Excellent communication and leadership abilities.


-Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.


-Interest or experience in art or education is a plus.
