Operation Planner/Asst

Job Responsibilities:
Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.
Managing & monitoring trucking & distribution activity that includes truck planning.
Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
Making special shipping arrangements as necessary.
Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards.
Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized.
Coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations.
Coordinating logistics staff (e.g.
truck drivers) according to availabilities and requirements and able to manage pool of drivers.
Planning and tracking the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years working experience in Transportation/Logistic/Supply Chain industry.
Possess a Degree/Diploma in Logistics.
Experience in Transport line is an added advantage.
Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP).
Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
