-Policy and compliance: Implementing company policies, adhering to regulations, and ensuring department compliance.


-Continuous improvement: Identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.


-Employee development: Identifying training needs and supporting team members' professional growth.


-Reporting: Regularly preparing and presenting performance reports to senior management.


-Scheduling: Ensure schedules are at its optimal and have enough manpower during each shift.

; Requirements:-


-2+ years of experience leading and collaborating with teams in a fast-paced environment.


-Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.


-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and design tools like Canva.


-Possess valuable experience in the dynamic FandB industry, demonstrating adaptability and resilience in a demanding environment.


-Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with customers and deliver good service.


-Skilled in conflict resolution and effectively addressing customer concerns positively and proactively.
