Who is Expro?Working for our clients across the entire well life cycle, Expro is a visionary full-cycle energy services expert offering novel, insightful solutions, dependable competency and award-winning safety.Combining innovative, future-facing technology with high-quality data across well construction, well flow management and production, subsea well access, and well integrity and intervention, we have a reputation for extraordinary performance that keeps our clients operations running smoothly.Expro Group are currently recruiting for a Operation Support Engineer to join the Well Testing & Commissioning team based in Kuala Lumpur.Overall Purpose of the JobResponsible for Expro's engineering activities within a designated Engineering business area.Undertake general Engineering tasks as directed by Supervisor / Manager to enable the progress and completion of related projects.Key Activities and Accountabilities1.Produce the required Engineering documentation then check for compliance with industry standards and Expro's policies and procedures 2.Record Engineering documents into PDM system and configure as required 3.Actively participate in Engineering meetings with internal and external parties 4.Upload information to Engineering databases and use technical software packages as required 5.Liaise with other technical departments on work produced to ensure that any calculations and analysis is fit for purpose 6.Manage project interfaces with third party suppliers to ensure delivery and agreed standard of work as per project /plan 7.Perform any trials or simulations as required by project 8.Keep abreast of advances in technology or methodology 9.Liaise with internal and external departments as and when required to ensure all questions and queries are resolved and liaise with manager on any issues or concernsJob Knowledge and Qualifications1.Degree in engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.2.1 - 2 years experience in Well Testing is preferred.3.Proficient in use of technical software packages such as Auto CAD.
