We are currently looking for go-getters to join our team to help us with:
? Coordinating with clients to plan and schedule OandM services, and supervise on-site
tasks while ensuring seamless communication throughout the process.
? Conduct thorough quality checks and evaluations following OandM activities to guarantee
optimal performance.
? Prepare comprehensive OandM reports post-service, detailing all information and
findings.
? Strategically plan and schedule backlog resolutions for kWh Meter-related issues.
? Monitor plant alarms daily and assist with technical support as needed.
? Provide technical support remotely or on-site as required to address any arising issues
promptly.
? Provide training to staff and end-users on proper operation and maintenance.
? Coordinate warranty claims and repairs with equipment manufacturers or suppliers
when necessary.
? Research and implement improvements to OandM processes and procedures.
? Fulfill ad hoc assignments assigned by Supervisors with efficiency and attention to
detail.
Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
? Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact
with clients, team members, and external stakeholders.
? Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage
multiple projects simultaneously.
? Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in maintenance operations.
? Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
