About the Role
As an Operations/Area Manager at Chez Choux, you will oversee the daily operations of multiple retail stores in the Klang Valley.
You'll ensure smooth operations, excellent customer service, and operational efficiency, while supporting the growth and success of the business.
What You'll Be Doing:
Oversee Store Operations:Manage day-to-day activities of multiple stores, ensuring high standards of service, sales, and adherence to company policies.
Lead Teams:Provide leadership and guidance to store managers and their teams.
Set clear goals and help develop their skills.
Improve Performance:Analyze store data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to boost sales and reduce costs.
Collaborate Across Teams:Work with marketing, supply chain, and HR to ensure smooth operations and successful company initiatives.
Solve Problems:Address any operational issues quickly to minimize disruptions.
Ensure Compliance:Make sure all stores follow laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Plan Strategically:Contribute to long-term strategies for the growth of Chez Choux.
Requirements:
Experience:At least 5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in food and beverage or consumer products.
Leadership:Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating teams.
Analytical Skills:Ability to analyze data and use it to improve operations and drive sales.
Problem Solving:Quick decision-making skills and the ability to address issues in a fast-paced environment.
Communication:Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge:Familiarity with retail and food and beverage industry regulations.
