Operations Assistant - Contract Logistics/Scm, Operations

Responsibilities:
To execute any instruction received from customers, to perform unloading, put away, cargo inspection, picking, loading, palletizing and sorting in a timely manner.
To take day-to-day instruction from Warehouse Supervisor as per his/her planning.
To complete all required documentation such as tally sheet (inbound/outbound), cycle count, transfers, etc.
To report to Warehouse Supervisor any warehouse equipment such as MHE, air conditioning system, shutter door, dock leveler, weigh scale, pallet jack, racking system, etc.
that is not in good condition.
To perform required periodic cycle count of the cargo stored in the warehouse and to report any discrepancies.
To ensure cleanliness of overall warehouse area and to take necessary action to maintain the condition.
To stop and report any unsafe activity within the warehouse to the Warehouse Supervisor.
To perform other duties as required.
Minimum Requirements:
Min pass SPM examination.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in a 3PL Company.
Able to operate MHE (forklift, reach truck, power pallet truck, wave picker, order picker, etc).
Experience working in an international port with knowledge in import/export procedures.
Willingness to learn and flexibility.
