Operations Assistant, Epension (Hk Support)

Operations Assistant, ePension (HK Support)Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing and processing of records.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Assist to handle daily operations and processes applications and transactions to ensure that all service levels are delivered according to the procedure.
Any other adhoc administrative duties as assigned.
Provide general administration and support to the Operations department.
Requirements:
SPM holders with no experience are encouraged to apply.
Basic proficiency in Excel and the ability to read Chinese are essential.
Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken & written); Cantonese is a plus.
High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Detailed and meticulous.
Willing to work on Malaysia public holidays.
5.5-Day Work Week: Monday to Friday (full day) and Saturday (half day)
100% work in office.
