### Requirements:
- **Education:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an operations or administrative role, preferably in the aviation or travel industry.
- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with data analysis tools and CRM software.
