Our client is growing and looking to recruit aFull-time Operations Coordinator (Mandarin Speaking) . Mandarin is essential for this role, especially to support the Client Relations Department in the China region, while Cantonese is an added advantage. Fluency in English is also crucial for effective communication with our diverse client base.
Reporting to:Country Manager (China)
ResponsibilitiesCross-Department Coordination:Communicate and collaborate with various departments to ensure workflows are aligned and tasks are completed efficiently.
Supervision and Support:Monitor the progress of work across departments, ensuring deadlines are met and providing support where needed.
Platform System Updates:Maintain up-to-date platform systems with relevant data and changes.
Client Requests and Complaints:Handle client inquiries, requests, and complaints, conducting timely investigations and delivering solutions.
Payment Issue Resolution:Coordinate with customers and service providers to resolve payment issues through multiple channels.
PSP Activity Oversight:Manage and monitor PSP activities, ensuring updates are made, and resolving deposit/withdrawal issues promptly.
Risk Monitoring:Analyze activities to identify potential risks, ensuring compliance with risk management protocols.
Monitor Toxic Order Flow:Track and analyze order flow to detect and address any toxic trading behaviors.
Candidate ProfileFluent or native Chinese (Mandarin)
Upper-intermediate English verbal and written
2+ years of experience in operations or a related field
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in high-paced environments
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
Experience with payment service providers (PSPs) or risk management systems
Understanding of the Forex market and trading operations
