Operations Director

The Operations Director will spearhead the operations team to ensure optimal performance, cost-effectiveness, and a culture of continuous improvement.
The role demands strategic oversight of factory processes, with a focus on achieving operational efficiency and high-quality output.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency in factory operations.
Align factory operations with broader organizational business objectives and sustainability goals.
Oversee all aspects of factory operations, ensuring adherence to quality and performance standards.
Monitor production schedules, resource allocation, and inventory to meet customer and business requirements.
Lead initiatives focused on lean manufacturing and cost management.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational efficiency and employee performance.
Address bottlenecks and inefficiencies, driving enhancements in processes and systems.
Leverage automation and advanced technologies to improve operational output.
Ensure factory operations comply with regulatory and internal standards.
Maintain robust quality assurance and control measures to deliver premium products.
Collaborate with quality and engineering teams to address technical challenges effectively.
Partner with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to streamline operations and meet customer expectations.
Provide comprehensive reports to senior management on operational performance and productivity initiatives.
Use data-driven insights to guide strategic planning and operational decisions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
At least 10 years of experience in factory or operations management, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
Expertise in manufacturing processes, preferably in industrial or heavy equipment production.
Proven success in implementing lean manufacturing and operational excellence initiatives.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
