Summary The Operation Executive Cum Technician is responsible formanaging and overseeing the day-to-day operations and technicalmaintenance including the operation, maintenance, andtroubleshooting of plant machinery and equipment. This role ensuresthe efficient production and distribution while adhering to safetyand quality standards.
JobDescriptions Operate andmonitor plant production equipment andsystems.Read and interpret technical drawings toensure proper operation andmaintenance.Maintain ISO documentation and ensurecompliance with quality managementsystems.Adhere to DOSH safety regulations andpromote a safe workingenvironment.Apply electrical and mechanicalengineering skills to optimize plantperformance.Implement lean management techniques toimprove efficiency and reducewaste.Demonstrate a commitment to continuouslearning and professionaldevelopment.Implement corrective actions to addressquality issues and improve productionprocesses.JobResponsibilities Candidates must possess at least Certificate orelectrical or Chargeman AOlevel. Knowledge of PLC (ProgrammableLogic Controller) is a must.Minimum of 3 yearsof experience, preferably in an industrial or manufacturingenvironment.Must have experience and knowledgeto operate electrical testing instruments.Mustbe able to troubleshoot and rectify fault on system such aselectrical motor system, electrical protection system, three phasesystem and pneumatic system.Hands-onexperience in process plant operations andmachinery.Eagerness to learn and proactivework.Candidates willing to work in PulauIndah.
