Your responsibilities as a NovaLearn Operations Executive (Experiences) include:
-Assist with the planning and smooth operations of NovaLearn educational experiences, including after-school programmes and holiday camps
-Identify and record key information such as programme dates, registered student details, and parent contact details
-Edit and compile lesson plans provided by the curriculum team
-Procure, prepare, pack, and arrange shipment of learning materials while ensuring optimised costs
-Assist with the physical set-up and execution of programmes and events
-Upload course content onto the NovaLearn interactive e-learning platform
-Create NovaLearn e-learning accounts for students and teachers
-Manage parent enquiries on NovaLearn programmes
-Contribute ideas to improve operational efficiency

; Requirements:-
-Degree or equivalent in event management, operations, or related field
-Work experience in operations and event planning roles
-Great planning and organisational skills
-Natural attention to detail
-Great written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages such as Mandarin and Malay would be an advantage)
-Analytical and problem-solving skills
-A genuine interest in executing successful after-school programmes, holiday camps, and workshops, ensuring positive experiences for all stakeholders including students, parents, and teachers
