Operations Executive, iFAST Global Bank (UK Support)To be part of Operations Support Hub that based in MY for iGB UK that including 4 divisions which are Account Onboarding, Compliance (1LOD), Payment Processing, and Bank Reconciliations.
Account Onboarding is to process the worldwide applications for bank account opening which including the Maker and Checker roles.
To be the Certifier who required to cross check the applicants' documents against the video call conducted via eKYC or Maker from the Onboarding Team.
Resolve the onboarding HITs on account holders' applications as First Business Reviewer or Second Business Reviewer (1LOD).
Assist in live chat responding to the clients' enquiries pertaining to the onboarding matters.
Payment processing including the creations and verifications of various payment modes within the bank cut off time. Aside, payment screening also required to be performed before releasing the inward and outward of SWIFT and Non-SWIFT payments.
Resolve Payment HITs on account holders' transactions as First Business Reviewer or Second Business Reviewer (1LOD).
Assist in payment investigation as and when required.
Assist in running the Daily Central EOD Jobs (including PH and Weekend by rotation basis).
Configured the new setup of bank accounts with the special format configurations and the matching criteria to be pre-set up into Reconciliation system.
All Statements of Accounts (SOA) must be converted/saved into CSV format for it to be accepted by the System.
In charge of uploading the statements after verified the opening and closing balances, and the net movement.
Perform the bank reconciliations via system auto-match as well as manual-match.
Prepare the Signed Checklists (segregation in place for maker and checker) and obtain the verification from the respective team.
Prepare the needful that required the respective team to pass any necessary entries, or send any queries, and based on this, Reconciliation Team will act upon, or respond accordingly.
Assist in investigation for the Outstanding Items which being performed by Bahrain Finance/ CS / IT Team.
Qualifications:
Minimum a Bachelor's Degree Holder
Detail-oriented person that being able to pay close attention and notice minor details
Able to multi tasks and produce high-quality work with minimal supervision
Can-do attitude who tends to be passionate person that having the strong ownership at the work
Sensitivity to numbers and good at math calculation
Sense of urgency that able to meet the crucial cut off time
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and IT literacy
Adapt to multicultural environment and work well with different cultures of people
Willing to work during local Public Holiday and Weekend
