Operations Executive

Invoicing



-Issue invoice to customers once goods are ready


-Check invoice


-Verify that all invoices have no outstanding balances before releasing goods to customers.


-Upload customer payment slips into the system for accounts verification

Procurement



-Issue PO 


-Email to PO to supplier 


-Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.


-Explore or search new supplier

Customer service



-inform customers when their orders are ready for pickup.


-Handle customer inquiries and issues via the office handphone.


-Filter and direct customer messages to the appropriate departments for follow-up.

Logistic



-Arrange deliveries for within klang valley customers and handle courier services for outstation customers


-Research and identify new courier services as backups if existing services increase prices or become unreliable.

-Diploma level or above 


-Previous experience in a similar role 


-Basic Microsoft work skill


-Basic SST knowledge
