Job DescriptionKey account executives will be required to manage incoming calls and live chat from customers in relation to our products and services.
To deal directly with customers by phone, email, and social media.
To resolve product or service issues by clarifying and understanding customers' requirements.
To ensure and provide quality service to customers.
To maintain updated records of customers' information.
Record details of enquiries, comments, and complaints.
To compile reports on overall customer satisfaction or complaints.
To complete any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
Job RequirementsCandidates with at least Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U/Diploma will have an added advantage.
Preferably at least 1 year of working experience in the related field, or in the Fintech industry; those without are welcome to apply.
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
Fast learner and self-motivated.
Mandarin speaking and writing will be preferred.
