Your Mission:Daily Operations Management:
Manage daily operational tasks including preparing and maintaining operational procedures, process flows, and training materials to ensure consistency and compliance across operations.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure that all operations comply with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
Act as a liaison between operations, IT, and other departments to ensure alignment and seamless communication.
Work closely with IT teams to identify, propose, and implement enhancements to the existing CRM system and operational workflows.
Communicate operational needs and provide detailed feedback for system upgrades or customizations.
Assist in testing and deploying CRM updates or new features, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Coordinate with IT to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in trading platforms or CRM systems.
Work Team Training and Coordination:
Train team members on CRM system updates and new workflow processes.
Vendor & Third-Party Management:
Oversee and manage relationships with third-party service providers, ensuring service levels and operational standards are met.
Project Management:
Lead and manage special projects aimed at enhancing operational capabilities.
Set clear objectives and track project progress.
Problem Solving:
Address and resolve operational challenges efficiently.
Develop contingency plans to address unexpected issues.
Ad-hoc Support:
Provide operational support to special projects and other duties as assigned by senior management.
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or any related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in the relevant role.
Familiarity with CRM system customization, data management, and reporting.
Basic understanding of system integrations and IT workflows to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
Proven experience in operations, preferably in the financial services industry.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English & Mandarin to deal with China clients.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word).
