As a part of the Auto Department, we support business growth by ensuring timeliness of payments to our business associates in vehicle financing, floor stock financing, and brokerage business.
Our core functions include (but are not limited to) the following:
Process loan applications that are referred by our business associates (i.e., Dealers and Distributors);
Check and verify loan documents before payment;
Send loan documents to our customers who take up financing with us in their vehicle purchases;
Submit GIRO applications to banks on behalf of our loan customers;
Arrange payment of referral to our agents.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform KYC checks on dealers for Floor Stock financing.
Process Floor Stock applications, including approval documentation sent to dealers.
Process requests from dealers for redemption of Floor Stock loans.
Monitor and follow up on payments to and from dealers related to Floor Stock financing.
Manage and attend to emails from business associates as well as internal staff.
Creation of loan accounts, including updating of system records.
Other duties/tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
Meticulous and organized.
Able to multi-task and work independently without much supervision.
Can mingle with people of various backgrounds and age groups.
