As a Property Operations Executive, you will be responsible for efficiently managing various aspects of property operations and repair processes, ensuring smooth tenancy management and timely resolution of repair issues. Your primary duties include:
-Communicating with tenants and landlords regarding tenancy agreement stamping, Allianz insurance policy issues, resolving tenancy issues, and managing conflicts between landlords and tenants with professionalism and empathy.
-Handling eviction processes with extra care and awareness, adhering to legal requirements and maintaining sensitivity towards tenants' situations.
-Monitoring and overseeing day-to-day operational duties to ensure compliance and efficiency.
-Identifying issues that may affect sales or service delivery and creating solutions to promptly address them.
-Developing strategies and procedures to increase operational efficiency and maximize client satisfaction.
-Developing, implementing, and periodically reviewing operational policies and procedures to ensure effectiveness.
-Receiving repair requests, identifying the nature of the repair required, and obtaining confirmation and proof of photos from customers.
-Uploading and compiling photos individually, sharing them with assigned contractors, and coordinating key handovers.
-Assigning repair jobs to contractors and receiving and processing repair quotations.
-Informing the landlord about quotations and seeking confirmation on repair decisions.
-Ensuring all necessary documents are received and compiled before forwarding cases to claims.
-Coordinating dates between contractors and customers and ensuring smooth execution of repairs.
-Monitoring communication channels, particularly WhatsApp, and updating repair reports for customers.
-Facilitating discussions between customers and contractors in case of any repair issues.
-Monitoring repair payments and submitting payments to contractors.
-Contract Basis: starting from 3 months - 6 months - 12 months - Permanent Employement

; Requirements:-
-Minimum SPM qualifications for Property Operations and Repair Coordinator position (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
-Basic computer literacy
-Typing Test: Minimum or more than 40 WPM, 95% accuracy
-Possess a service-oriented mindset with excellent communication and etiquette skills.
-Access to a stable internet connection and a suitable workspace conducive to remote work.
-Fluent in verbal and written communication in Malay and English.
-Positive and serving attitude, professionalism, patience, friendliness, and customer engagement, demonstrating confidence, reliability, and integrity in difficult situations.
-Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset is an added advantage.
-Willingness to work on shift hours and day.
