Job DescriptionPlan, execute and deliver customer's orders as per customer's requirements.
Ensure inventory management is accurate.
Execute operations processes by determining product packing, handling and storage requirements to ensure continuous product supply.
Manage customer's enquiries and warranty claims and set customer-service standards according to company policies.
Ensure timely payment by customers as per company policies.
Contribute operations information and recommendations to management for sales forecasting, import/export planning and production management.
Analyze operations process workflow for efficiency and effectiveness and continuous improvement.
Job RequirementsExperience in executing customer's orders, inventory management and shipment delivery.
Experience in multiple departments' various concepts and ways of working, practices and procedures.
Minimum diploma in any field.
