Responsibilities:
Work closely with cross-functional teams (like Operations, Logistics, and Tech team) to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution for the sellers.
Level 1 support agent for Zalora Sellers via Ticketing and Live Chat system.
Provide excellent experience by promptly acknowledging and resolving customer complaints within the Service Level Agreements.
Have an interest in gaining in-depth knowledge of Zalora systems, products, and services to provide accurate advice and resolution to service desk enquiries.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
May perform additional projects and ad hoc duties upon request.Requirements:
Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree(required in Operations / Business / Management or other relevant course)
Able to communicate well in English as Service Desk covers the SEA region.
Ability to understand Mandarin is an advantage.
Possess basic Microsoft Excel knowledge.
Detail-oriented and able to own the situation when needed.
A customer-oriented person who is friendly yet determined to excel in a fast-growing company.
Possess a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude and able to maintain composure at all times.
