Job Description:
Collaborate with the CEO to formulate annual short and long-term goals and objectives. Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Operations
-Manage and oversee daily operations
-Prepare and manage operational budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation
-Manage, oversee and problem solve
-Develop and implement effective operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination across departments.
-Analyze data to make informed decisions and recommendations for process improvement.
-Streamline processes to reduce costs and increase profitability.
-Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
-Assist in building middle management team
-Recruits, trains, and inspires all department managers encompassing administrative, sales, parts, collision, and service departments.
-Conduct formal performance evaluations of department managers regularly.
-Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
-Establishes and evaluates monthly and annual goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with actual performance.
-Prepare and manage the budget, PandL, and financial forecasting.
-Performs additional assigned tasks as needed.
People
-Cultivate the company culture according to the company core values and encourage continuous improvement and innovation within the team
-Oversee the hiring processes and talent recruitment and retention
-Monitor team performance, schedule and lead team kpi and people analyzer meetings
-Make sure all departments are assigned the correct KPIs that enables the company to achieve the company goal and vision
-Plan and implement Manpower management
-Assist in creating Training, SOP, process, checklist for the team across departments
-making sure SOP is being carried out, performance of the page and team can keep improving
Tech
-Manage and solve tech issues faced by the team and source for the right people to solve those issues.
Business Development
-Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market share.
-Lead negotiations for major contracts and partnerships to support business growth

; Requirements:-
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or any related field .
-2 - 5 years experience in operations management in media , tech or related field
-2 - 5 years experience managing teams, building company culture
-2 - 5 years experience in Managing, Developing and implementing effective operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
-Fluent in both spoken and written English
-Strong analytical skills and the ability to utilize data for decision-making.
-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
-Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
-Outstanding problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
-Effective communication and presentation skills.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
-Knowledge of local regulations and market trends in the media industry
