Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of TCM branches, ensuring consistency in service delivery and operational efficiency.
Develop, implement, and enhance standard operating procedures (SOPs) tailored to TCM practices to maintain high-quality standards.
Regularly review and update existing SOPs to reflect changes in industry practices, regulatory requirements, and operational improvements.
Track branch performance metrics, including client satisfaction, operational costs, and revenue goals.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and TCM ethical standards.
Team Leadership and Development:
Lead, mentor, and support branch managers and their teams in achieving operational excellence.
Facilitate training programs to improve staff knowledge of TCM methodologies, customer service, and operational protocols.
Collaborate with Human Resources to address staffing needs, conduct performance evaluations, and support professional development.
Compliance Management:
Ensure all branches comply with local and international TCM regulations, including licensing and practice standards.
Maintain accurate documentation for inspections and compliance audits.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Develop strategies to enhance branch operations, streamline workflows, and optimize resource allocation.
Work closely with senior management to align branch performance with organizational goals.
Identify market opportunities for expanding services, introducing new treatments, or opening additional branches.
Customer Experience:
Monitor and enhance patient satisfaction by ensuring high-quality care and seamless service delivery.
Address and resolve operational issues or client complaints with professionalism and urgency.
Promote a culture of empathy, trust, and excellence in patient care.
Develop and manage branch budgets, ensuring financial health and sustainability.
Analyze financial performance, identify variances, and implement corrective measures.
Oversee procurement and inventory management of TCM supplies and equipment to ensure cost-efficiency.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (knowledge of TCM practices is highly preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the healthcare or TCM industry.
Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and drive operational success.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Certification or formal training in Traditional Chinese Medicine is an advantage.
In-depth understanding of TCM treatments, herbal medicine, and related practices is an advantage.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in performance metrics, data analysis, and reporting.
