**Job Summary:**
Maxis Berhad is seeking a skilled and motivated Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in George Town, Penang. The ideal candidate will possess a strong operational background with a focus on improving processes and enhancing productivity within our organization. As a part-time Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our daily operations run smoothly while fostering an engaging and inspiring work environment.

**Responsibilities:**
- **Operational Oversight:** Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all functional areas. Identify and implement best practices to optimize processes.
- **Strategic Planning:** Collaborate with upper management to develop and execute operational strategies that align with company objectives and drive growth.
- **Team Leadership:** Lead, motivate, and develop a team of operational staff. Provide ongoing training and support to enhance skill sets and performance.
- **Process Improvement:** Conduct regular assessments of existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Implement changes that effectively increase operational efficiency while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations.
- **Budget Management:** Assist in the preparation and management of operational budgets, ensuring financial targets are met without compromising on quality.
- **Performance Monitoring:** Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to track efficiency and effectiveness. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
- **Stakeholder Communication:** Act as a liaison between various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- **Project Management:** Oversee specific projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- **Risk Management:** Identify potential risks within operational procedures and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruption.
- **Innovation:** Foster an environment that encourages creative problem-solving and team collaboration. Encourage team members to propose new approaches to improve operational efficiency.

**Requirements:**
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in operations management or a similar role.

- Confident: Ability to make decisions and take ownership of responsibilities while inspiring confidence in others.
- Energetic: A proactive and enthusiastic approach to challenges, motivating the team by example.
