Operations Manager

Operational Oversight



-Supervise daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.


-Coordinate with the Clinical Director to implement the clinic's vision, goals, and strategies.


-Ensure smooth workflow and address operational challenges promptly.


-Monitor clinic performance metrics, including financial reports, patient feedback, and staff productivity.

Staff Management



-Work with the Clinical Director and Clinic Manager to develop staff improvement plans and career progression strategies.


-Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-ones to address concerns and provide guidance.


-Facilitate staff training and ensure compliance with clinic policies and procedures.

Quality Assurance and Compliance



-Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, quality standards, and Mediskin's policies.


-Conduct regular audits to maintain high service standards for aesthetic and wellness treatments.

Client Experience



-Support the Clinical Director in maintaining VIP patient relationships and ensuring an exceptional client experience.


-Analyze patient feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement and implement changes.

-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.


-Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the wellness or aesthetic industry.


-Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.


-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


-Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.


-Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations.
