Management - Area/Multi-site (Retail & Consumer Products)
Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple retail locations.
Ensure smooth and efficient operations, including merchandising, inventory, sales, and customer service.
Monitor store performance metrics, such as sales targets, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
Develop and implement operational processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
Team Leadership and Development :
Lead and support store managers in managing their respective locations.
Train, mentor, and develop store management teams to ensure they are aligned with company goals and objectives.
Provide guidance and direction to staff to ensure consistent application of company policies.
Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
Sales and Financial Performance :
Analyze sales and financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Work with store teams to implement strategies that drive sales and profitability.
Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure financial goals are met.
Collaborate with marketing teams to support in-store promotions and campaigns.
Inventory Management and Merchandising :
Ensure stores maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize stock losses.
Oversee merchandising strategies to enhance customer experience and maximize sales opportunities.
Work closely with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery and stock replenishment.
Customer Experience and Service :
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by enforcing excellent service standards.
Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
Develop and implement customer service improvement strategies.
Compliance and Safety :
Ensure all stores comply with company policies, legal regulations, and health and safety standards.
Monitor store audits and address any compliance or operational issues.
Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and shrinkage.
Reporting and Analytics :
Prepare and present regular operational reports to senior management.
Analyze store performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Use data and KPIs to assess operational success and areas that require attention.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in retail management, preferably overseeing multiple store locations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, inventory management, and customer service principles.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in retail management software and data analysis tools.
