### Job Description:
Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad is seeking a highly motivated and hardworking Operations Manager to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in driving operational excellence in our organization. #### **Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Operational Oversight:**
- Monitor and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

2. **Team Leadership:**

3. **Performance Management:**

4. **Project Management:**
- Oversee project planning, execution, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of operational projects.

- Manage budgets and ensure adherence to financial forecasts and constraints.
5. **Customer Focus:**
- Foster a customer-centric approach by ensuring that operational standards exceed customer expectations.
- Address customer queries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
6. **Compliance & Risk Management:**
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, organizational policies, and industry standards.
- Identify potential risks within the operations and establish action plans to mitigate them.
#### **Requirements:**
- **Education:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management or a similar role, preferably within the aviation or transportation industry.
- **Skills:**
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex operational challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in project management tools and software, alongside a solid understanding of operations management principles.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Highly motivated and hardworking individual with a proactive approach to tasks.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote work environment.
