**Key Responsibilities:**

**Requirements:**
- **Education:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the energy sector or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading successful operational improvement initiatives.
- **Skills:**
