**About us**:The role of the Operations Project Manager is to manage and implement significant operationally focused projects. These individual projects will deliver benefits to our manufacturing operations both internal and external to Dyson and improve the introduction of either new products or technologies from the start of development through the mass production.**About the role**:Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, the role involves the development of day to day factory operations plan, coordination of cross-functional resources both internally and externally to implement and deliver the project objectives.The position is a hands-on role providing key leadership in project planning, execution and implementation.- Day to day factory operations planning- Operational delivery of production commitments- Implementation of new products/technologies into manufacturing- Lead change management, process improvements, productivity improvements and line planning.- Provide Leadership, coordination of assigned projects- Management of key stakeholders within the project.- Co-ordination of cross functional teams both internally/externally- Deliver accurate project planning and reporting including plan vs. actual status, project plans, milestone reporting, lessons learned and risk status.**About you**:- Substantial amount of years in project management and have a strong understanding of factory operations.- Able to set tactical requirements to meet strategic direction. Self-motivated with the ability to plan ahead, priorities tasks and co-ordinate others.- Strong skills and experience partnering with leaders in the business - identifying needs and finding solutions that multiple leaders can agree on.- Good communication skills with good command of written & spoken English, ability to communicate professionally and effectively with different levels of internal and external contacts.- Capable of communicating complex ideas simply and paying attention to details without losing the bigger picture.- Solid leader and team player, comfortable dealing with all business levels and all departments.- Flexible and adaptable with the ability to manage changes in project scope.**Benefits**:Dyson monitors the market to ensure competitive salaries and bonuses.
