Operations Sales Executive (Logistics)

Job Description:
As an Operations Sales Executive in our logistics division, you will be responsible for both driving sales and ensuring seamless execution of logistics operations.
You will work closely with our sales and operations teams to acquire new business, maintain client relationships, and ensure the successful delivery of logistics services.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the logistics and supply chain sector.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure that logistics services meet client requirements and timelines.
Prepare and present sales proposals, pricing, and solutions tailored to client needs.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients, ensuring profitability for the company.
Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
Track and monitor sales performance, providing regular updates to management.
Collaborate with the operations team to resolve any service delivery issues or concerns raised by clients.
Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and adherence to operational procedures.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development within the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry.
Strong understanding of logistics operations, including freight forwarding, warehousing, and transportation management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
A results-driven, target-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Successful candidates will undergo at least a 6-month training period in HQ located at Puchong, Selangor.
Special focus will be given to developing Sales & Marketing, Management, and Supervisory.
Candidates will then be supported to lead a team or department at the new branch located in Kuching Sarawak.
