The Department
Creative Services, part of Bain's global Marketing organization, specializes in providing high-quality presentation design services supporting our consulting teams and practices.
The Role
Based in our Global Business Services hub in Kuala Lumpur, as an Operations Specialist for workflow management you are the first point of contact in Creative Services for client teams and business partners for design requests and support.
ResponsibilitiesSupport client teams and business partners to assess, prioritize and allocate resources for design requests.
Support design requests, ensuring expectations are aligned, and that design requirements are met within established deadlines.
Autonomous and confident in balancing competing demands and making quick decisions.
Troubleshoot and problem solve workflow systems or process issues.
Accurately track project information, and timesheet data in accordance with department KPIs and service agreements.
Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesDemonstrate command of fundamental principles and techniques of design.
Provide timely responses and routing of incoming work.
Balance day-to-day request needs with a high-degree of organizational and interpersonal skills.
Build and maintain a customer-centric, trusting and collaborative partnership with stakeholders.
Excel individually and within collaborative teams to create and apply Workflow guidance.
RequirementsStrong knowledge of using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
