Operations Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities: General insurance policy processing, which includes new policy issuance, invoicing, endorsement, renewal and cancellation, while ensuring compliance with operating manuals, internal controls and guidelinesAttend to enquiries and requests from internal and external stakeholdersOperational planning, and introduction of improvement initiatives in workflow and processesParticipate and share on best practices for the teamAssist immediate supervisor to prepare any reports and ad-hoc initiativesRequirements: Diploma Holder in any discipline with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in the Insurance industryCandidates with insurance certifications will be favourably consideredAccurate, meticulous and results-orientedGood communication and customer service skillsProficient in Microsoft Office applications
