Job DescriptionOversees Western Union Branch
Achieve assigned branch targets.
Map competitors' rates and service offerings
Actively promote new products and initiatives.
Provide excellent service for Western Union customers.
Allocate branch resources as per staff and client needs.
Liaise between the branch and head office and be the bridge between management and FLA's.
Manage reports for the branches.
(E.g Finance report , WUPOS reports )
Solve problems for branch customers and staff by reaching out to relevant departments who can help solve the problems.
Well reversed with company policies
Job RequirementsDiploma or Degree equivalent
An affinity for problem-solving
Analytical skills
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments within Western Union to resolve complex customer service issues
Strong sense of urgency and accountability
Always demonstrates a positive attitude, persistence, and teamwork
