Description Job Specializations: Services,?Logistics/Supply Chain,?Customer Service Responsibilities: Schedule and release orders for shipment according to internal policy and customer requirements with SAP Facilitate interaction between customers and internal stakeholders eg sales offices, dealers, Special Orders teams and manufacturing facilities across APAC Verify and maintain records and documentation on incoming or outgoing shipping documents eg.
packing list, Bill of Lading (BL), shipping permit etc Provide excellent customer service to our external customers Receive, prioritize, and process customer orders Investigates and resolves complex customer enquiry Manage post-sales quality and warranty issues Requirements: Candidate must have: Experience in preparing full import and export shipping documents.
Familiar with different Incoterms.
Proficiency in writing and speaking in English Sound judgement in processing and evaluating Information to determine compliance with standards Comfortable to be on stand-by during Malaysia public holidays to avoid business disruption We would have greatly preferred someone who is also have below criteria: Exposure in similar Business Services, Forwarding company or Shipping industry Good planning, organizing and prioritizing works Establish and maintain relationship with internal and external stakeholders Experience working on shipping terms with SEA customers Have at least 2 years working experience
