Objectives of the Position
The Executive, Order Management, will execute the customer order management processes with a consistent high level of service across ASEAN, ANZ, and Taiwan for the Customer Service which is still with Global Business (GB).
Main Tasks
Operations and Performance
Execute the Customer Order Management processes set up in KL Hub with the different models & interfaces.
Process sales and purchase orders from various customers in a timely manner.
Act as the service contact for assigned countries – monitor order status and provide updates to the countries and customers.
Check drafts of Bill of Ladings (for Letter of Credits orders, 3rd party supplier orders, and key customer orders).
Manage Insurance Certificates (if necessary).
Follow up on Bill of Ladings receipt status based on Estimated Time Deliveries.
Collect Original Bill of Lading and other documents from goods suppliers.
Provide full and accurate required documents to customers.
Upload/maintain documents in SAP for audit trail.
Support documentation for internal and external audits.
Register and follow up with all non-conformances in the Non Conformance Management (NCM) system to ensure a quick and efficient customer response.
Participate proactively in new workflows for on-time & accurate documents.
Ensure delivery capability and reliability of all orders.
Achieve a minimum internal cycle time of order processing by improving the process wherever possible.
Verify pricing with Marketing and execute & monitor all implemented guidelines.
Troubleshoot and solve problems.
Process debit and credit notes wherever applicable (Business Unit).
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree or High Diploma preferably in Business or Supply Chain Management.
Working Experience
2-4 years relevant experience in supply chain management, including hands-on experience in order management and shipping document handling.
Technical & Professional Knowledge
Knowledge of Supply Chain Management processes, SAP (Sales & Distribution module) experience, operational order management including shipping documentation, foreign documentary trade, and good communication skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
