Job Description WHAT YOU'LL CHAMPION: Design and provide analytic data based on agreed-upon functional requirements for businesses. Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis by using relevant analytics tools/programmes. Develop automation to facilitate continuous improvement for data management in organisations. Build and maintain data visualisation and control dashboards to be able to explain the analytics results. Ad hoc data analytics projects, special reviews as and when required. Assist the development of organisation wide analysis of the current situation. Gather input and reports to ensure an optimised resources utilisation and reduce overlapping or irrelevant functions across the Organisation. Maintain approved organisation structure and job roles database as a central point of reference. Support the overall job evaluation process which includes review of job roles and sizing. Assists and participates in HR Projects and organisation wide projects with the HRBPs Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver insightful people analytics, dashboard and reports. WHO YOU ARE: Analyze and interpret results using standard statistical tools and techniques and derive innovative analytical insights. Must possess strong passion in interrogating data and be competent in data wrangling activities. Ability to communicate with stakeholders at various levels across the organization. Well-versed in the HR platform Workday and Data analytics - G-Suites & Excel Data visualisation skills using Google Data Studio or Power BI. Able to work independently without detailed instructions, with good initiative and cross-team player. Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
