Outbound Team Leader – Insurance Expertise & PCE CertifiedAs anOutbound Team Leader , you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our outbound sales operations.
You will lead a high-performing team, ensuring that targets are not just met but exceeded.
Your solid insurance expertise combined with your PCE certification will allow you to develop effective sales strategies, provide continuous coaching, and contribute to the growth of both the team and the business.
You'll also be instrumental in maintaining excellent relationships with customers, enhancing client satisfaction, and promoting our insurance solutions with integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:Manage, inspire, and mentor an outbound team to achieve and exceed KPIs, including sales targets, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
Sales Strategy Development:Create, implement, and refine outbound sales strategies to drive performance and reach new business goals.
Insurance Expertise:Utilize your deep knowledge of the insurance industry to train and support your team, ensuring they are equipped to communicate our offerings effectively and accurately to customers.
Performance Management:Monitor team performance, conduct regular feedback sessions, and provide constructive coaching to help individuals and the team reach their potential.
Customer Relationship Management:Build strong customer relationships, ensuring that every interaction is professional, empathetic, and focused on providing value.
Reporting & Analysis:Provide detailed reports on team performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement, while using data to inform decision-making.
What We Are Looking For:
Insurance Expertise:Proven experience in the insurance industry, with a solid understanding of products, services, and customer needs and PCE Certified is a must.
Leadership Skills:Previous experience leading and motivating a sales or customer-facing team, with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
Outbound Team Leader (TL) Experience:Solid Outbound Team Leader (TL) experience, with a proven record of success in driving outbound sales teams to achieve and exceed goals.
Proven Results:Demonstrated ability to lead teams that consistently meet or surpass KPIs, including sales targets, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Communication Skills:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and clearly.
Problem-Solving:Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions to improve team performance and customer experience.
Customer-Centric Mindset:A passion for providing excellent customer service, with a focus on building long-term, trusting relationships.
