Outlet Crew (Kl)

_**Responsibilities**:_- Provide excellent customer service and address any queries and complaints- Actively introduce and promote the product and promotional items to customers- Manage (Order, receive, a monitor) inventory stocks and stock management- Removing goods from the shelves which are past their sell-by date- Make sure that stock is rotated — putting goods with the earliest sell-by dates to the front- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.- Check the stock at the designated display freezer, chiller, and service chiller- Check the display whether it's according to Plano-gram set by the Management- Check the temperature at the display freezer, chillers, and also the storage chillers- Check current and existing stock and replenish stock if deemed necessary- Record and report immediately defect / malfunction of equipment that require urgent attention.
