Key Responsibilities:
Regularly assess front desk team performance in service quality, customer communication, sales, professionalism, and customer experience through a 360-degree feedback loop.
Oversee logistics and facilities maintenance to ensure a seamless, 5-star experience, including upkeep and cleanliness.
Meet monthly targets for lead generation, sales/enrollments, and conversions.
Mentor team members to achieve individual and team goals.
Foster a positive work environment aligned with company values.
Address challenges, organize welfare events, and aim for high employee satisfaction.
Ensure customer retention by promoting problem-solving, high service standards, and achieving customer satisfaction targets.
Maintain consistent communication aligned with company values and proactively report issues to management.
Ensure compliance with directives and achievement of goals for the Enigma system.
Track and report team evaluations, development, and improvement plans.
Fulfill additional duties as assigned by management.
What We're Looking For:
Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills
At least 4 years of experience in related field or proven experiences in sales, preferably in a managerial role
