We are looking for outpatient assistant in the Traditional Chinese Medicine
Ensuring accurate registration, verifying personal and insurance information, and guiding them through the check-in process.Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, optimizing the provider's time and ensuring that patients receive timely care.Manage the front desk area, answer phone calls, address patient inquiries, and provide helpful information regarding appointments, billing, and clinic policies.Maintain organized and up-to-date patient records, including filing and updating medical information, test results, and treatment notes.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Attention to detail.Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keepingWelfare Benefit:
