Job DescriptionHandle any confidential information and matters in a highly professional and organized manner at any time during and even after your employment.
Assist in handling all matters pertaining to daily operations.
Remind the manager of important tasks and deadlines.
Organize events & conferences.
Assist in attending visitors, guests, and clients during functions/corporate visits/offsite meetings.
Attend and prepare minutes of operation meetings, and follow up with the necessary action.
Accompany to meetings (if required).
Conduct market research and provide necessary assistance when needed.
Liase with designer, suppliers, and mall leasing team for product development.
Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks and related duties as required.
Set up company's internal policies and Employees Handbook.
Recruitment – posting jobs, screening incoming resumes, and arranging interviews.
Ensure all Operation Team/Outlet SOPs are effectively carried through the Company.
Identify and secure new potential markets.
Search for suppliers/dealers contact.
Liase with suppliers/dealers regarding collaboration T&C (from start to end).
Prepare company profile/proposal for collaboration terms.
Make appointments for meet-ups with suppliers/dealers when necessary.
Follow up necessary information after meetings.
Provide solutions based on market needs when necessary.
Any other additional ad-hoc tasks given by the manager.
