About the roleWe are seeking a highly skilled PAINTING ENGINEER to join our team at Favelle Favco Cranes (M) Sdn Bhd in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan.
As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing the painting of our world-class cranes, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and aesthetic appeal.
What you'll be doing
Develop and implement comprehensive painting and coating plans for new and existing crane equipment
Ensure all painting and coating processes adhere to strict quality control standards and industry regulations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate the painting schedule and logistics
Troubleshoot and resolve any painting-related issues that arise during the production process
Provide technical guidance and training to the painting crew to maintain consistency and efficiency
Continuously research and implement innovative painting techniques and technologies to improve outcomes
Maintain detailed records and documentation related to all painting activities
What we're looking for
Degree in Engineering or a related technical field
Minimum 5 years of experience in a painting engineering or similar role within the engineering/manufacturing industry
Extensive knowledge of painting and coating materials, equipment, and application methods
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Proficient in the use of relevant software and technology for project planning and documentation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet tight deadlines and production targets
