Palm Oil Mill Manager / Engineer

To manage, monitor and continuously improve the palm oil mill's operation and business.To ensure the efficiency of palm oil mill and accuracy of reported information.To supervise and monitor team, ensuring timely delivery of work.To ensure daily production targets are met, and continuously monitor and improve production yields.To plan and monitor maintenance and upgrade projects of mill.To organise and execute training programme for the team.To plan budget, business strategy, and preventive maintenance schedule for mill.To maintain active communication with senior management, and update on mill performance.Must possess strong business sense, problem solving skill, and ability to handle pressure.Proficient in English, written and spoken.Display strong leadership ability and must possess excellent inter-personal skills.Diploma / Degree in any Engineering field.Must possess working experience as a mill manager or engineer.Possess 1st or 2nd Grade Steam Engineers Certificate of Competency.Knowledge in MSPO and any other palm oil related certification will be an added advantage.Position will be determined from experience and capability of candidate.Willing to travel.Willing to work in Peninsular or East Malaysia.
