Key Responsibilities:
Paralegal Support:Prepare, review, and submit accurate visa applications to responsible migration agent/lawyer before communicating with client for formal lodgement, focusing on compliance with Australian immigration laws and regulations.
Document Management:Ensure the timely and precise submission of required documents, maintaining accurate case records in our system.
Client Communication:Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing clear and timely updates on their cases.
Policy Expertise:Stay informed on the latest immigration and education policies, regulations, and procedures.
Collaboration:Work seamlessly with migration agents, educational institutions, and government agencies to ensure the successful progression of cases.
What We're Looking For:
Proficiency inEnglish and Mandarin(written and verbal) to serve a diverse clientele.
Prior experience:in immigration, paralegal work, education consulting, conveyancing, or practice in other areas of law is highly preferred.
International study experience:is preferable, withAustralian study or work experiencebeing highly advantageous.
Exceptionalorganizational skillsand attention to detail.
The ability tomulti-task , prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skillsto build and maintain client relationships.
