Job Description:
Under this role, the intern or paralegal will assist the Partner or firm lawyers by conducting legal research, analyzing case studies, preparing cases (including facts and evidence), and drafting various documents such as letters, reports, articles, affidavits, statutory declarations, written submissions, and corporate agreements relating to IP and Commercial matters.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) required.
Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (written and spoken).
Fresh graduates are welcomed; guidance will be provided.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with legal databases such as CLJlaw, Lexis Nexis, etc.
Detail-oriented and organized.
