Job Summary
The Educator role is the foundation of our success as an organization.
Educators are experts in creating world-class customer service in our retail stores, responsible for engaging and connecting with our guests, sharing top-quality product education, and speaking authentically about our community and culture.
Core Responsibilities of the Job
Guest (i.e., Customer) Experience
Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience.
Assess guests' needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
Facilitate a seamless end-to-end guest experience by conducting accurate and timely transactions.
Dynamically engage with multiple guests or store needs.
Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to address concerns.
Inform guests of local community programs and execute local initiatives.
Working with Others
Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment.
Establish supportive relationships with team members.
Collaborate to ensure optimal guest experience and support store operations.
Operations
Perform product presentation tasks according to company standards.
Use in-store technology to support operations.
Maintain cleanliness throughout the shift.
Understand and adhere to safety policies and procedures.
Comply with applicable policies, procedures, and laws.

Job Requirements
Legally eligible to work in the jurisdiction of the store.
Availability
Willing to work a flexible schedule.
Other Willingness Requirements
Willing to move through the store for most of a shift.

Job Assets (i.e., nice to have; not required)
Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
