Your Role:
As a member of our Service Crew, you will perform a variety of tasks that ensure our restaurant operates smoothly and our guests enjoy an outstanding dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Reception:Greet customers upon arrival, guide them to their seats, and provide menus.
Order Taking and Recommendations:Introduce menu items, answer customer inquiries, and offer recommendations based on customer preferences and tastes.
Order Processing:Accurately take customer orders and promptly relay them to the kitchen.
Food Delivery:Serve prepared dishes to customers' tables, ensuring food quality and presentation.
Sales and Upselling:Proactively recommend signature dishes, beverages, and additional services to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
Daily Cleanliness:Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in dining areas, ensuring tables, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned and organized.
