We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Part-Time Payroll Specialist to join our team. This role will primarily involve processing payroll during mid-month and end-of-month cycles.
Responsibilities:
Execute timely and accurate processing of payroll for employees during mid-month and end-of-month periods.
Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations regarding payroll processing.
Verify and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy.
Update necessary information and documents in the HR system.
Address employee inquiries regarding payroll matters promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with the manager to maintain employee records and resolve payroll discrepancies.
Prepare payroll reports for management as required.
Stay updated with changes in payroll regulations and best practices.
Requirements:
At least 3 years proven experience as a Payroll Executive or similar role.
Familiarity with payroll software and systems, including payroll system setup. Knowledge of the Infotech Payroll System is an added advantage.
Strong numerical aptitude with attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Certification in Payroll Processing (optional if available).
Preference for Mandarin speakers due to the nature of our client base.
Working Hours:
Part-time position, no fixed hour as long as payroll is complete.
Must be available to process payroll during mid-month (10th to 15th) and end-of-month cycles (22nd to 31st).
